Thanks so much! I will start doing what you say, I am not that overweight
but I have like 10 pounds accumulated on my stomach. I look a bit pregnant
even though my last baby was born 2 years ago. I really hope this works for
me, it takes effort but I am willing to do it for my health and self esteem.
