  3. Hi, I have a lot of pain and weakness in my lower back caused by a herniated disc a few years ago. Is this exercise okay for this? I need to build up strength but don’t want to do damage.

    yes since the exercise aims also the glutes and the hamstrings so it is normal

    u might have forgot to train hamstrings so theyre worse trained than lower back same with me but my back is killing me … 😛 then again my back is damaged 🙁
